We offer you complete peace of mind when shopping at Kamishkat. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 3 days of receiving them. Please ensure that the item is unused, with original packaging intact.
If you're unsatisfied with your order, we’ll gladly accept a return within 3 days of delivery.
- If you paid by card, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged through mutual agreement with the customer (store credit, bank transfer, or exchange).
Received the wrong item, damaged product, or something missing?
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or has missing items, please email us at support@kamishkat.com within 3 days of receiving the package. Make sure to include:
- A snapshot of the outer packaging
- A photo of the items received

Once verified, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of the item and either:
- Issue a full refund, or

Send you a replacement item, based on your preference and product availability
